Blessed Little Moments
Hi! Thanks for stopping by! I am Amanda Tobar, owner and sole photographer for Blessed Little Moments Photography.
My journey into Photography began as I was vastly approaching my sixth month of pregnancy with my first baby in 2008. I spent hours and hours researching local photographers to hire for a maternity session and eventually a newborn session and found that none of them were the right fit for me. Every session fee came with a printing order obligation and of course printing prices were outrageous. So I then started messing with a Canon DSLR my husband had received as a Christmas present the year before. I immediately fell in love. Being able to capture the most tender moments of my life was something I could never replace. Eventually people started asking me if I would be willing to take family photos for them, and Blessed Little Moments Photography took off running from there. I now have spent many hours self-teaching myself everything I can get my hands on about photography, and over the last year my business has really taken off.
With one blink of an eye our babies grow up so quickly from bringing them home from the hospital, to sitting up on their own, to crawling, then walking, talking, and before you know graduating high school and venturing out on a life of their own. This TERRIFIES me! So any moment I can capture and keep forever to reflect on is the most precious gift. When people started asking me to photograph their families precious moments I felt honored and incredibly blessed.
I have since vowed to myself to that I will not be that photographer who wants to make you pay for my time, pay for YOUR pictures, and then rob you blind for prints. That is why with every session/ wedding fee a High- Resolution CD of all your edited images is provided to you for you to print your favorite photos where ever you want and how ever big you wish!
On a more personal note this is who I am...
{ I am} a wife to my high school sweetheart mother to two little boys under 2 (scream with me ahhh!) I am very passionate about what I believe in, but still trying to figure out what those things are... I am always looking to better myself. I can not function without morning coffee! I love reading inspirational and touching quotes. I have many goals for my life I will never give up on, learning a new language being a big one of them.
I believe that my dream world is and can always be my reality!
The biggest thing to know about me is that I am number one a MOM... Photography is my passion,and something I could not live a day without... but my children are my reason for waking up every morning with a smile on my face. You will find I am pretty down to earth, and love to form connections with my clients.
